RN / Charge Nurse in a Long-Term Care facility. You will supervise nursing personnel on shift, provide direct resident care when required, administer medications and physician orders per policy, and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction. You will serve as a resource to staff, conduct shift meetings, and help minimize overtime and use of agency personnel while upholding standards of care and regulatory requirements (Nurse Practice Act).
