Maintenance Assistant / Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform routine building maintenance and preventative maintenance throughout the healthcare facility. Complete daily maintenance work orders using the TELS maintenance system. Conduct daily rounds of the building to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs. Perform scheduled safety inspections and weekly walkthroughs of high-risk areas.
