Job Summary
Restorative Nurse (RN or LPN) responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising the restorative nursing program in the care center; serves as liaison between therapy and nursing, promoting restorative philosophy across departments. Reports to the Director of Nursing; works with RNs, CNAs, and therapy staff to ensure restorative plans of care are followed, participates in care planning and interdisciplinary/QAPI meetings, coordinates staff education, and supports Medicare/MDS-related activities. Requires active nursing license and 3-5 years of clinical experience; location is Chicago, IL.
