Job Summary
Assess health and needs of residents, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain care plans, and monitor all aspects of resident care including diet and physical activity. Direct and supervise LPN, CMT, and C.N.A staff while completing resident paperwork, charting, and reporting in accordance with state and federal regulations. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify resident conditions, modifying treatment plans based on responses under doctor or DON instructions. Respect privacy, follow HIPAA requirements, and ensure resident independence. Work 12-hour shifts with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nurses.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN License
- Background check with no disqualifying offenses
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to push/pull 45 lbs
- Is willing to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary
- 12 HOUR SHIFT
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with direct care preferable
