Oversee Housekeeping operations by ensuring clean, well-maintained guest rooms and public areas meet high standards. Create staff schedules, coordinate the Housekeeping team, and manage inventory for cleaning supplies and linens. Direct employees through assignments, instructions, and training while enforcing internal procedures and quality checks. Act as the communication link between reception, Housekeeping, and the maintenance department to track repair requests. Plan and organize routine and special cleaning tasks across the property. Requires leadership experience in Housekeeping and availability for weekends and holidays. Full-time year-round position with included meals and free parking.
