Job Summary
Design and support Zuora Billing, Revenue, and Quote-to-Cash processes, including product catalogs, subscriptions, invoicing, and ASC 606 revenue recognition. Configure Zuora workflows, Salesforce LWC, and Apex development to automate subscription lifecycles and data synchronization via REST/SOAP APIs. Perform root cause analysis for production billing issues, execute month-end revenue close activities, and drive process improvements across enterprise systems. Requires 3–5 years of Zuora expertise and strong SQL/API skills. This role supports NCR Atleos' global financial access initiatives for banks and retailers.

- 3+ years of experience in Zuora Billing and Subscription Management
- 1+ years of experience with Zuora Revenue (RevPro)
