Job Summary
Lead dance fitness classes by creating and delivering innovative routines with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Maintain professionalism by reporting on time and collaborating flexibly within and outside the studio. Hold one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes and possess current nationally accredited certification. Ensure compliance by maintaining CPR/AED certification throughout employment. This role supports Exos's holistic approach to health for corporate employees, athletes, and military operators through on-site coaching and team-building experiences.
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes
- Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA)
- Training and licensing to teach licensed/branded formats
- Current CPR/AED certification, and maintaining it throughout employment
