Job Summary
Conduct structured evaluations of AI chatbots and language models through written conversations and voice-based interactions. Assess model capabilities, safety, and helpfulness by engaging with assigned prompts and goals, then submit deliverables including ratings, screenshots, or audio recordings. Maintain native or expert-level fluency in South African Zulu and strong English communication skills while passing required language and AI proficiency assessments. Complete identity verification and begin work within 48 hours as an independent contractor. Required Qualifications
- Native or expert-level fluency in Zulu, as spoken in South Africa
- Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
