Zuern - Watertown | Inside Sales Representative

Greet customers, answer telephone calls, and assist contractors on a walk-in basis to ensure satisfaction through product expertise. Process takeoffs and quoting for projects including windows, doors, decks, garages, roofs, remodels, and basements. Write service requests, handle callbacks, and process paperwork for returns. Act as back-up to outside loaders, support outside sales representatives, and monitor the tool department, sales, and service. Mix paint and stock shelves while maintaining literature and necessary inventory. Resolve delivery challenges and manage product availability. Requires high school diploma, 3-5 years lumberyard experience, and ability to lift 70 pounds. Full-time role with competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, 401k, and profit sharing.
