Job Summary
Provide essential, hands-on care in clients' homes while assisting with mobility, transfers, and personal care to help seniors remain safe and independent. Deliver daily diagnostic imaging coverage including patient monitoring and vital signs checks. Maintain accurate documentation of care plans and coordinate with care teams to ensure continuity. Work flexible day shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours across various Bergen County locations. Earn base pay of $20/hour plus case differentials based on hours, distance, pets, and care level. Required Qualifications
- Current New Jersey CHHA Certification
- Valid Driver's License
