Zorgassistent KSW

Conduct daily care tasks for residents on the KSW floor, including assisting with light ADL activities like nail cutting, hair care, and toilet assistance, as well as supporting transfers. Provide support for drink and meal service, including table setting, while performing household duties such as bed making, dishwashing, and trash removal. Maintain a pleasant living environment by proactively contributing to tidy and enjoyable spaces while respecting resident autonomy and preferences. Work within a self-managed team, utilizing verbal and non-verbal communication to collaborate with residents, their networks, and colleagues. Schedule involves a 16-hour weekly average with shifts primarily between 08:00–13:00/14:00 and 16:30–20:00, including weekends and holidays.
