Job Summary
Conduct daily care for residents in a warm, home-like environment, supporting them with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance. Collect and distribute laundry, maintain clean apartments, and guide residents through relaxation activities while encouraging self-reliance. Work in a self-managing team of healthcare professionals across De Bilt or Bilthoven locations, offering flexible 4- to 6-hour shifts with prior rostering. Join a team dedicated to providing quality care that allows residents to live independently with their own agency.
Required Qualifications
- MBO werk- en denkniveau
- Affiniteit met ouderenzorg
- Goed Nederlands
- Bereidheid om een korte ADL-cursus en Fysieke belasting cursus te volgen
