Job Summary
Advise learners, parents, and schools on youth support needs when students face social-emotional challenges in regular or special education. Coordinate research and goal-setting with families and partners to determine the best intervention options, while maintaining regular contact with schools and care providers. Manage a caseload with an average six-week turnaround, alternating between office work and travel for appointments, and handle team correspondence during designated office days. Participate in weekly case discussions and collaborate with municipal partners to align on client support strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde HBO-opleiding
- Minimaal vijf jaar praktijkervaring rondom onderwijs en zorg/jeugdhulp
- SKJ-geregistreerd
- Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving
- Kennis van de verschillende doelgroepen
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- In staat om weerstand om te gaan
- In staat om leiding en sturing te geven in groep gesprekken
- Ervaring in ambulant werken
- Ervaring in agendabeheer
- In staat om autonoom beslissingen te nemen en deze te motiveren
- In staat procesmatig en gestructureerd te werken
