Job Summary
Zoning Research Specialist at Canon Recruiting (Norman, OK) seeks an organized, detail-oriented professional to manage zoning requests, update logs/databases, prepare check requests, and perform research on municipal zoning codes. Responsibilities include following up on project information with municipalities, obtaining current zoning information, and pulling applicable code sections. Requires strong MS Software skills, excellent organizational and coordinating abilities, and proficient written and oral communication to relay project details and create project documentation. Typically AA preferred or equivalent experience with 2+ years in an advanced administrative function. Role is FULLTIME with onsite work Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays in Norman, OK (hybrid work arrangement).
