Job Summary
The Zoning Analyst role involves preparing Zoning Reports, communicating directly with municipalities, and composing correspondences. Candidates should possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Google Earth and GIS Mapping applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team are essential. This full-time position requires at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
