Job Summary
Perform instructional and classroom management processes for teachers who are absent within the school, reporting to ZMS each instructional day. You may be required to fill a teacher absence at another school location if there are no absences at the assigned school, with travel reimbursement for mileage. This role includes 170 instructional days, 7 Bullitt Days, 4 professional learning days, and 4 paid holidays, alongside 10 sick days, 3 personal days, and 3 emergency days. Compensation is a daily rate based on the board-approved salary schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of a bachelors's degree
- Must be able to travel to another school location if there are no teacher absences at the assigned school on a particular day
