Job Summary
Drive 50% Zone Training and 50% classroom training by implementing the NAM Learning & Development strategy and delivering formal programs for new hires, skills development, and product launches. Evaluate sales capability needs to design targeted initiatives that strengthen core competencies for commercial execution and revenue growth. Lead onboarding and training pathways for new sales hires while providing real-time feedback and Individual Performance Summaries. Collaborate with leadership to identify capability gaps, create training content, and align strategies with business priorities. Conduct regular field travel with new hires and sales representatives to support competency development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relative expertise in business, healthcare, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial sales
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, with a deep understanding of the market landscape and customer needs
- Must reside in preferred locations within the respective West, Central or East zone
- Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law

- Expertise in sales skills or field training preferred
