Job Summary
Deliver and assist in formal training programs including new hire onboarding, skills training, and product launches. Evaluate sales capability needs within the Zone to design targeted development initiatives and provide individualized coaching to drive performance. Lead the overall NAM Learning & Development strategy, creating and updating training content to align with organizational goals. Conduct regular field travel with new hires and sales representatives to reinforce skills and support commercial execution. This role requires 50% Zone Training and 50% Classroom training. Candidates must reside in preferred locations within the West, Central, or East zone. Base pay ranges from $128,490 to $176,671.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relative expertise in business, healthcare, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial sales
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, with a deep understanding of the market landscape and customer needs
- Must reside in preferred locations within the respective West, Central or East zone
- A successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
