Job Summary
Zone Team Leader oversees a zone of the retail sales floor, guiding merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery; ensures store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, and inventory processes; manages staffing and scheduling for unload/processing and drives associate productivity and customer service standards; supervises associates within the zone and performs team-leader duties to open/close the store as needed; requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer; ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods; scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; Ollie’s is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
