Job Summary
Execute established procedures for the assigned retail zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery. Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations while overseeing merchandise planning, receiving, and sales floor stocking. Supervise associates within the zone, communicate directives, manage scheduling for effective unload and processing, and assign daily tasks to drive productivity and customer service standards. Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed. Requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
