Job Summary
Execute established procedures for assigned zones, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery. Oversee process to ensure merchandise is planned, received, and that the sales floor is properly stocked. Supervise associates within the zone, communicate company directives, and ensure follow-up is completed. Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations. Drive associate productivity through daily task assignment and customer service standards. Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed. Requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
