Job Summary
Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery. Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all expectations while overseeing merchandise planning, receiving, and sales floor stocking. Supervise associates within the zone, communicate directives, assign daily tasks, and drive productivity. Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed. Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis. This role supports a team passionate about merchandising and delivering an exceptional customer experience within the Ollie's retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
