Zone Team Leader

The Retail Zone Team Leader oversees a defined zone of the store’s sales floor, guiding merchandising, signage, display replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery while supervising associates to ensure outstanding customer experience and adherence to store standards. Responsibilities include ensuring merchandise planning and receiving, proper stocking of the sales floor, effective scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing, driving productivity and customer service standards, and performing Team Leader duties to open/close the store as needed. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer; must have flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
