Zone Team Leader

Job Summary
Execute established procedures for assigned zones, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery. Oversee process to ensure merchandise is planned for and received while driving associate productivity through proper scheduling and staffing. Supervise team members within the zone, communicate company directives, and ensure operational compliance with store standards, seasonal planning, and inventory processes. Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed. Requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
