Job Summary
Retail Zone Team Leader responsible for guiding a store zone’s merchandising, signage, replenishment, inventory planning, and customer service standards; supervise associates, delegate tasks, and ensure opening/closing duties; manage scheduling to maintain productivity; drive store standards, operational compliance, and adherence to company programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
