Job Summary
Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery. Oversee process to ensure merchandise is planned for and received while maintaining proper stocking levels. Supervise associates within the zone, communicate company directives, and drive daily task assignment and customer service standards. Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all expectations. Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed. Provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of the retail sales floor. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
