Zone Team Leader

Job Summary
Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery. Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations. Oversee merchandise planning and receipt while ensuring the sales floor remains properly stocked. Supervise associates within the zone, communicate directives to ensure follow-up, and manage scheduling for effective unload and processing. Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed. Requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
