Job Summary
Execute established procedures for assigned zones, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery. Oversee the team to ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, and inventory processes meet expectations. Supervise associates on scheduling, staffing, and task assignment while driving productivity and customer service standards. Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed. Requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer and flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Base pay ranges from $18.50 to $19.50 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
