Job Summary
Execute established procedures for assigned zones, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery. Oversee process to ensure merchandise is planned for and received while maintaining proper stocking levels. Supervise associates within the zone, communicate directives to ensure follow-up, and ensure store standards, operational compliance, and seasonal planning meet expectations. Drive daily task assignments and customer service standards while managing scheduling and staffing for effective unload and processing. Perform Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed. Requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
