Job Summary
Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery. Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations. Oversee process to ensure merchandise is planned for and received, and that the sales floor is properly stocked. Supervise associates within the assigned zone, communicate company directives to ensure follow-up is completed, and perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed. Maintain proper scheduling and staffing for effective unload/processing of merchandise while driving associate productivity and customer service standards. Requires high school diploma, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
