Job Summary
Execute established procedures for assigned zones, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery. Oversee process to ensure merchandise is planned, received, and that the sales floor remains properly stocked. Supervise associates within the zone, communicate company directives, and ensure operational compliance, seasonal planning, and inventory processes meet expectations. Drive daily task assignment, customer service standards, and associate productivity while managing scheduling and staffing for effective unload and processing. Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed. Requires minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
