Job Summary
The Retail Zone Team Leader guides a specific zone of the store’s sales floor, overseeing merchandising and selling while ensuring an exceptional associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include executing zone procedures for merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery; ensuring store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, and inventory processes; coordinating stocking and scheduling to optimize unload/processing and drive associate productivity and customer service; supervising associates within the zone and performing open/close duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
