Zone Team Leader

The Retail Zone Team Leader provides guidance and direction for the operation of a zone within the store’s retail sales floor, overseeing a merchandising- and customer-service-focused team. Responsibilities include executing procedures for merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery; ensuring store standards, operational compliance, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations; overseeing merchandise planning and stocking; managing scheduling and staffing for unload/processing, driving associate productivity and customer service standards; supervising associates and communicating directives; performing Team Leader duties to open/close the store and handling additional responsibilities as assigned. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods. Ollie’s is an equal opportunity employer.
