Job Summary
Zone Team Leader responsible for guiding a store zone’s merchandising, staffing, and customer service to achieve exceptional associate and customer experiences. Oversees merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, inventory processes, scheduling, and daily recovery. Ensures store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, and company programs are met; supervises associates, opens/closes the store as needed, and drives productivity and task execution. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of supervisory experience at a mid- to large-size retailer; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull 35 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
