Job Summary
Execute established procedures for assigned zones, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery. Oversee process to ensure merchandise is planned, received, and that the sales floor is properly stocked while driving associate productivity. Supervise team members within the zone, communicate company directives, and ensure operational compliance with seasonal planning and inventory processes. Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed, ensuring proper scheduling and staffing for effective unload and processing. This role supports the successful operation of a retail sales floor zone, fostering an exceptional associate and customer experience. The Zone Team Leader works within a culture emphasizing support, care, and growth, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K matching.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
