Job Summary
Execute established procedures for your assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery. Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all expectations. Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and sales floor stocking while supervising associates within the zone. Communicate company directives to ensure follow-up and drive associate productivity through daily task assignment and customer service oversight. Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed. Requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
