Zone Team Leader

The Retail Zone Team Leader guides a defined zone of the store's sales floor, supervising a team responsible for merchandising, selling merchandise, and delivering an exceptional associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include executing merchandising procedures (signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery), ensuring store standards and inventory processes, planning and receiving merchandise, and proper scheduling/staffing to drive associate productivity and customer service standards. The role includes overseeing a team of associates, communicating directives, and performing team-leader duties to open/close the store and handle additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years’ supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
