Zone Team Leader

Execute established procedures for your assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery. Oversee process to ensure merchandise is planned, received, and that the sales floor is properly stocked while driving associate productivity. Supervise team members within the zone, communicate company directives, and ensure follow-up is completed. Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all expectations. Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed. Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis. New hire starting pay ranges from $17.50 to $18.50.
