Job Summary
Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery. Oversee team productivity through proper scheduling, staffing for unload/processing, and daily task assignment while ensuring store standards, operational compliance, and seasonal planning meet expectations. Supervise associates within the zone, communicate company directives, and perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
