Job Summary
Zone Team Leader oversees a zone of the store’s retail sales floor, guiding merchandising and customer service to ensure an exceptional associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include executing procedures for merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery; ensuring store standards, inventory processes, and program compliance; coordinating receiving and stocking of merchandise; scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing and driving associate productivity; supervising associates within the zone; performing general Team Leader duties to open/close the store as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
- Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; push and pull up to 35 pounds; stand for extended periods.
