Zone Team Leader

Job Summary
Retail Zone Team Leader oversees a zone on the store’s sales floor, guiding merchandising, customer service, and daily operations. Responsibilities include executing zone procedures (merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, daily recovery), ensuring store standards and compliance, planning stock and inventory flow, scheduling and staffing for unload/processing, supervising associates, and performing team-leader duties to open/close the store. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 35 pounds, and extended standing. High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer are required; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
