Zone Team Leader

Retail Zone Team Leader oversees a zone of the sales floor, directing merchandising, stocking, pricing, signage, ad sets, and daily recovery while ensuring store standards, inventory processes, and company programs are met; supervises associates, assigns tasks, and coordinates scheduling to maintain customer service and productivity; requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer; able to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods; on-site, full-time position with starting pay of $17.25–$18.25 per hour in Mount Vernon, IL; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K with company match, and employee discounts.
