Job Summary
Zone Supervisor responsible for overseeing unit managers and staff, ensuring safety and well-being of children in shelter, coordinating daily operations, scheduling shifts, supervising activities, monitoring medication dispensing when medical staff are off duty, reporting incidents, ensuring regulatory compliance, mentoring new hires, maintaining records and documentation, coordinating transportation, and promoting positive interactions among children. Requires fluency in English and Spanish, high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred), 1+ year of related experience, and certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Emergency Behavior Intervention. Works evenings, weekends, and holidays; includes adherence to Compass Connections policies and professional conduct.
Required Qualifications
