Zone Supervisor

Zone Supervisor oversees unit managers and staff, ensuring safety and well-being of children in a residential care setting; responsibilities include developing shift schedules, staff assignments, coordinating transportation, monitoring daily operations, supervising activities for children, managing records and required documentation, monitoring dispensing of non-prescription medications when medical staff are off-duty, ensuring compliance with federal/state guidelines, and participating in meetings and training. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish), able to report incidents, and support emergency procedures; role requires drug screening, background checks, and proof of work eligibility; annual influenza vaccination policy applies. Demonstrates collaboration with staff, service providers, and professionals to maintain a safe, respectful environment and adhere to Compass Connections policies and dress code; requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
