Merchandise and recover products within your assigned store zone per visual standards. Answer customer questions about current promotions to drive sales while maintaining a neat, organized zone. Assist with truck receiving, pricing items, and completing additional tasks as assigned. This part-time role requires evening, weekend, and holiday coverage with a focus on customer service and store appearance. You will work in a team environment supporting the Ollie's "good stuff cheap" mindset and benefit from a 20% discount on purchases.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
