Job Summary
Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and maintains store appearance with a primary focus on the assigned store zone, handling merchandising, customer service, and store maintenance. Responsibilities include ensuring products are merchandised per visual standards, knowing current promotions to answer questions and drive sales, assisting with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and recovering the store, and keeping the assigned zone neat and organized. Requires ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
