Job Summary
Merchandise and recover all products within the assigned department per visual standards while answering customer questions on current promotions to drive sales. Maintain the store zone in a neat, organized fashion and complete additional tasks as assigned. Support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round, assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, and training new associates. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly while lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6+ months retail experience preferred
- Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates
