Job Summary
Merchandise and recover all products within your assigned department to meet visual standards, while answering customer questions on current promotions to drive sales. Maintain your zone in a neat, organized fashion and support receiving trucks, pricing items, and training new associates. Assist with Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round. This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of retail experience, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6+ months retail experience preferred
- Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates
