Requires ability to operate commercial kitchen equipment, proficiency with computer cash registers, strong communication, reliability, and adaptability to different kitchen environments. Education: High School Diploma or GED; ServSafe certification within first 6 months; valid driver’s license. Experience: two to three years in school cafeteria or five years in food service preferred.
