Act as an ambassador for HES company values and implement programs to achieve corporate mission and goals. Facilitate key personnel and technical processes to ensure customer satisfaction while overseeing multiple accounts in the West County area. Manage close contact with customers, on-site supervisors, and employees to build long-term relationships that drive financial results. Delegate, direct, and follow up on extensive situations to ensure success in complex operational environments. Possess strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to motivate team members toward professional growth. This full-time role requires local travel and reports to the Operations Manager.
